Return Policy: We allow for the return of products, provided that such products are returned within 30 days of the order, and are returned unopened and in their original packaging. Once we have adjudged your return to be unopened, unused and in its original packaging, we will issue you a refund of the purchase money, minus the shipping charges.

Return Processing: If you wish to return your purchased product, you must contact us and submit a return merchandise authorization request. We may request for an emailed picture if you claim that your item is damaged or defective. If you are returning a promotional item, you must include all items that were included in the promotion. The absence of a promotional item included in the original transaction means that we will deduct the value of the promotional item from the refund amount. All shipping charges are non-refundable, whether the item you are returning is defective or not. If is a non-defective return, you also will be responsible for shipping charges to us.

Damaged Items: If we sent you a damaged item, please report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can send you a replacement item. You understand and accept that we are only liable for replacing damaged items and not refunding your purchase fees for them. We will only issue you a refund should a replacement not be available. If we determine that your returned defective item got defective as a result of being dropped or physically damaged, we will charge a 25% restocking fee.

Exchange Policy: To expedite an exchange, we advise that you place a new order and return the unwanted merchandise while sending the new invoice number to the customer service agent that we assigned to your original claim. Under this arrangement, you will bear the cost of the new order and once the unwanted item has been returned to us, we will issue you a refund for it.

Once you have filled in the contact form on that page, our assigned agent will revert to you with details on what next to do.

The next step is to repackage the item. You must include all original parts, as well as packing materials, and instructions, etc. We will only honor your refund request if we get back the package the same way it was originally sent to you. If you poorly repackage your returned item or if we discover that the item was damaged by you, we may not issue a refund or give a replacement item. To qualify for a return, your purchased item must be unused and undamaged. We also require you to send back your returned items in padded envelopes or boxes, as regular envelopes do not offer sufficient padding and may cause returned items to become damaged, thereby leading to loss of refund.

You must include a copy of the original packing list when you return your item.

You are to indicate whether you would prefer a refund or a replacement of the returned item.

We will issue you a pre-paid return label for defective returns. For non-defective returns, you must send the package back to the address emailed to you by the agent assigned to you.

We will inspect your returned item and will only issue a refund if we have received the item in a satisfactory condition.

Please allow for 3 to 10 business days of receiving your item before the issuance of a refund. You however understand that refunds can take up to 5 business days to completely process after the refund has been initiated. We will issue the refund using the same payment method that you used to make your purchase.
